I will not focus on CIBAs overall service. BUT

I want to acknowledge a shining star within the organization: Lesedi Thenga.

The idea of people not caring was almost sold to me until Lesedi Thenga, CFO Portfolio Consultant. This lady singlehandedly handled my application which had nothing to do with her. She called me, listened and assured me she would assist me to the best of her abilities. When she said give me an hour I will have it sorted, she meant and did it. When she said she was escalating, she meant and did it. She literally took my application as a parent would take their children. Today I am registered because of her. So many roadblocks, but her light shone through it all. May God carry you through and through. May others also help you as you helped me! My Jesus will be there at the right time for you. God bless you madam. I was already looking to SAIPA but you did alot of damage control. I'm writing this because of you.
