Bad Service At SAINT BEAUTY STUDIO
Today the 25th I had an appointment at this studio. When i arrived , told the assistant my appointment was at 14H30, she looked surprised n did know how to respond , she believed when i showed her the watsapp convo to confirm, what I saying . My wasted petrol , 1st experience n interaction was horrible. After she spoke to whoever on the phone she then said sorry the consultant had to attend to an emergency. In the professional world they would have called me n request to postpone my appointment due to whatever. The cherry on top was when I was leaving driving out , the gate written no exit , itried calling the receptionist who was at the desk I dialled 3 times no 1 picked up the phone. I had to get off the car go in . NEVER AGAIN
