Ineffective Administration

I registered for a welding technology and inspection through my company. I think the management of this institution doesn't care about their customers. First it took me over four months to finalize the booking. the administrator Laetitia is highly ineffective. I finally attended without confirmation sent first. After exams my results where unavailable even though my classmate got. I was referred to internet system and the results were not there, no email was sent, when I called I was told no one can check for me, like nobody in the company was able to check the results. I was told to wait for the email, I am still waiting. This course runs little over four weeks and costs over R30 000 but nobody cares. For that amount of money one would expect great service but you find the opposite. The administration is troublesome, we fill in evaluation feedback but management does nothing to improve. Someone needs to really check this out.
