Unfairness when claiming

I am very disappointed, I have had the policy for about six months now and this year early January when I tried to claim they declined my claim without even reviewing the damage. And after the claim I had to make plenty of follow-ups before I could get the feedback. What is really disappointing me too much is the fact that I have already paid upfront for three and if I were to cancel the contract it will be my loss.
