***** Alert: Estate Agent Pocketing Tenant Rental Funds

I was ****med of tenants rental money by Sakhile Siphinya who operates under the guise of an Estate Agent. He uses the name Sakhile Ubomi Properties. I met Sakhile for the first time in late October and he sold me a story of a lady that is looking for a place to rent urgently. Right from the time he started the process, there were red flags from day 1 and unfortunately, as a Black parent, I attributed that to some young Black child that is trying to make it in life and gave him the business and ignored all the red flags.

Long story short, Sakhile is a ****mer of note, he took the rental money that the tenant paid him and has since disappeared. When I went to check on him at the address that he gave, I was told that he no longer stays there as there were people coming there every day asking for the money that he took and disappeared. He is apparently on the run from people that he stole money from and he and his business are not even registered with the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority. So be careful, of this character, he actually is a ****mer of note.
