Pathetic Service and Constant Runaround

I am extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received. I have been a client with them for more than a year trying to get my name cleared. I see that I have the same issues as everyone else. Quick to take your money but with no resolution. I’ve had to constantly follow up with no feedback provided. Every time I reach out, I’m given the runaround or completely ignored.

This level of service is unacceptable, especially for something as serious and time-sensitive as a legal matter. There is no sense of urgency, no accountability, and certainly no respect for clients. I expected better communication and professionalism.

I would not recommend this company to anyone.
