I went to Salon of Dreams for my matric farewell hair and makeup. The owner did my hair and it was fine. She looked at my pictures that showed what I wanted and she followed it mostly. The makeup is where it went wrong, the lady that did my makeup did not follow my pictures or color scheme at all. Before we started, she abruptly sent me to wax my eyebrows, without any reason why or asking my permission first. I thought they wanted to maybe get rid of some stray hairs, but I was so wrong. They wax most of my eyebrows off, leaving these ugly thin eyebrows. It was salvageable at all. Then when she did my makeup, she overdid it and the eyeshadow color was wrong. When Debbie was finishing up my hair, she saw that I wasn't too happy and told me that of I was unhappy, that I could tell her. I didn't have the time to argue so I sent Debbie a private message after I left, informing her of how unhappy I was, and she simply ignored me. She then also ignored my other texts where I asked for a refund on the makeup. I had to redo my makeup at home since it turned out looking so ugly. The whole incident ruined my matric farewell. It is completely unprofessional and rude.

My daughter was charged R1470 for a full head of foils with a treatment I thought this was a bit harsh so I called today to get a quote for this procedure The quote was R1130 When I questioned why they overcharged my child I was told it is because she had 2 different colours of foils Whatever I would expect more from a salon that spreads the Lord's name all the time

I paid over R6000 for my white blonde and black ombre extensions, I was planning on adding a few black extensions to make it blend a bit better because it didnt blend well with my own hair. After the very first wash my hair colour started changing and worsen with every wash. Debbie said I must just go in to the salon to have the colour blended with my own hair. When I went to the salon my extensions was purple grey. Debbie told me that strands of love hair extensions shouldn't advertise white blonde and black ombre extensions because she is always stuck explaining to clients. She said it's obvious that the black would wash out onto the blonde and change the colour. She gave me one of 2 options : bleaching the extensions on a regular basis to keep the colour I wanted or colour some of the extensions black to hide the purple grey. So she coloured it. It wasnt what I wanted but at least it looked better than the purple hair. After I washed it my hair turned a dull black and purple/grey. I am so ashamed of my hair. Debbie denies everything and lies about everything, she's accusing me of using the wrong products and I am 100% sure that I am not. This was HER mistake, NOT mine. She is rude and refuses to refund me and remove these horrible extensions. I don't see why we had to colour the extensions and turn it into the exact opposite of what I paid for just because her colour washed out and destroyed my extensions. If I wanted black extensions I would have purchased it. Now I have faded black and purple hair (not to mention all the brown patches on my own hair) the colour doesn't even blend. My own hair is patchy brown now with black and purple/grey extensions. It looks like I Bought cheap China mall hair and applied it at home. :(

Weereens versoek ek dat jy my geld aan my terug betaal.
