Discovery is advertising on their website that your will earn 5000 points if you have your salary paid into your Discovery bank account I never received these points. Upon enquiring I was told that the promotions ended in August. BUT, it was not taken of their website. False advertising just to get clients
I have been trying to activate my new sim card since Tuesday The call center and activations keep transfering my calls to someone else then I get cut off Even head office 011 912-3000 just puts me on hold - no one answers Today the call center number isn't even working
My daughter was charged R1470 for a full head of foils with a treatment I thought this was a bit harsh so I called today to get a quote for this procedure The quote was R1130 When I questioned why they overcharged my child I was told it is because she had 2 different colours of foils Whatever I would expect more from a salon that spreads the Lord's name all the time

I logged a complaint with ICASA in April 2017 against Vodacom for incorrect billing ICASA has not bothered to reply to my e-mails I have since then consulted a lawyer to sort out Vodacom however they have also not bothered replying to my lawyer Today I called ICASA a couple of times and was put through to Rama. As soon as I introduce myself to Rama he hangs up on me This is absolutely ridiculous as ICASA is supposed to be there for the consumer. In my opinion ICASA's service is just as bad as Vodacom
Vodacom just load debit orders on your bank account without your consent and then they double bill you. When you try so sort it out with accounts they just cut you off after giving your explanation for 20 minutes or transfer you to Autopage who also cannot help
