My husband bought a voucher from GMH marketing for Salon Sanri for hair treatments. When I contacted them they first ignored my messages and then 10 days later came back with a story that there is a dispute between them and GMH marketing and would not honour the voucher, I was then referred back to Garth at GMH Marketing who advised that he is not aware of any dispute and he would resolve this with the salon. On the 3rd October Salon Sanri sent a generic message out, advising that they will not honour the vouchers as they were sold fraudulently and have opened a case with the police. Upon requesting the SAPS case number - no-one from Salon Sanri has responded. I then contacted Garth again who advised us that he is still investigating and would provide feedback. To date, NO FEEDBACK.

Clearly Salon Sanri is part of this whole voucher scam and now are claiming to be the innocent victims in this.
Hi I bough a voucher from GMH Marketing for Salon Sanri for R200 where I could get treatments and some discount as they are a new salon doing marketing. I called them this morning to make an appointment for a cut and blow. I said that I could not come in week, then she said she could help me on Saturday but it not as per voucher, but the voucher states trading hours Sat 08am to 4pm and weekdays from 8am to 18:00 and she could only help me in fourweeks time, and if I want to come in week i must be there at 4pm but can only spend 1/2 on me. Sorry noboy is going to shampoo, cut an blow wave my hair in 1/2 hour, it be just a rush. If I am not happy I must call Garth and he will refund me. No No, they should refund me as they cannot help me. This voucher is only valid for 4 months, so everytime I call it will be an issue to help me, so then I would never be helped at all. This is so unprofessional. I did call Garth and he said that he would change my voucher for another salon. Most definately this Salon Sanri does not want any new business. Why do marketing if they are so busy, why do they then need new clients. If my business was important to them they would have mad a plan.

I bought a voucher to use at Salon Sanri at 13 Veronica Street, Constantia Kloof, 082 828 1849
The voucher has the Salon's operating hours as Mon to Fri 8 to 6 and Sat 8 to 4, and the conditions on the back of the voucher state - This card is Valid from Monday to Saturday.
When I phoned the booking number at the marketing house for my booking I was informed that they aren't using the vouchers for Saturdays and to contact the person that sold me the voucher.
I contacted Garth and he advised me to contact the Salon directly who then informed me that it was a printing error and were not prepared to honour the voucher and to get a refund from Garth
Garth of course immediately went with no refunds - but as they have broken the terms of the voucher - they should refund
