Good but KIDS a big problem

We booked for 2 weeks over Xmas and new year. Found the rooms average (lots of broken and old appliances). Wifi not great. The food was good (healthy-ish options available). Staff was the bright star here. Good service and was looked after. Big problem was KIDS over running hotel. Was chaos as no dedicated place for them. The fact that these kids would run around corridors, knock on your door and run away, shout like they being ******ed, slam doors. Not acceptable that this was allowed as we spent over R100k.
