Poor service and inconsistent answers

The claim process was started 8 weeks ago to get provident pay, however, everytime I call I'm told about waiting seven days, documents are in sars, or with back office, with administration, one story after another.

I'm frustrated and unhappy, they don't seem to know what they are doing. When I ask for a manager, they are not available.

My life is on hold because of SALTEB.
