Disgusting customer service
Absolutely disgusting display by one of the female employees dressed is the most skimpy attire with half her body on display we went in and waited 10 minutes for assistance no one was at the till or around to assist and when the female came out from the back her skimpy attire was an absolute put off thereafter she kept cutting me off as I tried to speak and only addressed my partner with a flirty behavior I have never in my life seen such disrespect or disregard I was barely given the chance to speak we left and got what I wanted elsewhere

Disgusting customer service

Saltyz Pub and Grill Salt Rock Ballito
Saltyz on rocs - Pub & Grill This place is the absolute worst experience we've ever had. Service is a nightmare. More than once had to get up and go look for the waiter after waiting ages for things ordered. 3 of us shared a Focaccia starter which we almost finished before the sauces and parmesan/chillies side we asked for was on its way to us as I got up to go look for it. Staff stand around and chat while customers are waiting on them. The food was disgusting to say the least. R155 for the smallest, overcooked and most unappetising piece of steak with a laughable portion of chips for the price. The chicken curry is gross for lack of a better term. The bunny comes with the most stale bread and a round burger roll on top which I am convinced came thawed from the freezer. I pointed this out to the owner who gave me a half a## apology and then mentioned that she is only part owner?? Never saw her again after that. You should be ashamed. We left most of the food behind for fear of getting ill. Totally wasted our money at this place.

Makes you feel welcome as you step inside!
Such an incredible place! The owner is the sweetest and dearest lady! It's a great place to hang out with mates and have a jol. Prices are reasonable and the service is great!

Bad Service
<p>Lunch was terrible here.</p> <p>Tumblers came dirty.</p> <p>Waited an hour and 20 minutes for lunch.</p> <p>Assistant manageress offered complimentary bread and butter.</p> <p>Served steak that was prepared incorrectly (not what we ordered).</p> <p>No vegetables that were advertised.</p> <p>Replacement vegetables mash and butternut looked like something a cat would throw up.</p> <p>Cool drinks came in small bottles and were warm on a summer's day.</p> <p>Waitress Pearl was new, no experience at all with taking orders.</p> <p>Even the water order was taken incorrectly.</p> <p>R400 later and no tip, left disappointed and very upset.</p> <p>New management we were told. when we enquired.</p> <p>Just BAD SERVICE and a disgrace to a place like Ballito.</p>

Smoking
Were at the Saltyz on roc's in Balito and complained about costomers smoking inside where children were playing- the bar lady told me its a pub and the smoking law does not apply to them. How in this world are smoking alowed in a building with no air vents and where they welcome kids by premoting a kids menu? Is this for real?
