Total Refund on cancelled order not forthcoming
Purchased online leather shoes in Aug2022. Paid EFT and order was placed with overseas supplier but no shoes arrived in SA so it was agreed to cancel the order and my money paid would be refunded. Only R500 of the R1460 was credited in my bank. Since then, I was promised every two weeks that payment would be forthcoming, but nothing was forthcoming. We are now 5 months later and still have no payment. Her excuse is business is bad and no money is coming into the business and therefore she cannot pay me. Very unhappy with the promises and lies and not receiving my refund.
