Very disappointed
They sent, broken tables, the backround I ordered was very different from what was sent, chair was dirty and when I complained I didn’t even get a response from them. I am very disappointed in their service

Very disappointed

samcat events - sameer caterers disaster
sameer from samcat events did my cousins wedding in november 2018 at DLI hall. it was a disaster. the guest firstly complained about limited seating which was 25 short. the food was terrible, rice was hard and only cabbage. the kids at the function was fussing as they couldnt eat it. when i went to the kitchen to check up as i didnt want to disturb my cousin while on stage, i was shocked to see the staff using their bare hands to mix the salad and juice. this was totally unhygienic. when i asked them what was happening they said they always do this the manager was at the function and i asked to speak to sameer but she said he was at another function. one of the tiffany chairs was unstable and one guest fell down with her sari . the draping was torn and some plates was chipped we got caught, only after the wedding while asking around it happened to a few other couples as well we do not want a refund but this is to make others know what is happening

samcat events wedding disaster
if i could give this company 0 i would but theres only 1 star rating on hello peter i have contracted samcat events to do my wedding earlier this year , and the service was terrible. firstly the decor we choose , some stuff was not provided and fabric torn. one of the strips on the ceiling fell down while the wedding was going on , luckly no one was injured further 1 hand was missing from the ganesha which was a disgrace the food was horrible , dhal was sour and breyani tasteless , first time i ate veg breyani with only rice and cabbage , it was like an easter egg hunt to find a potato or veggies. when i first saw sameers promotion he had i got carried away and the set up looked good, until on the day i found all the faults. the guest started complaining about the food and i asked to speak to sameer and called the waiter , the waiter said he is not on site as they have 5 other functions to attend to. i then realized he works on quantity to get his jobs for that price. one of the tiffany chairs gave up completely the back rest and guest fell down my dad was speechless as he is the ward councilor was the area and he was hiding to avoid embarrassment after the wedding when i told people , i came to know the same thing happened to them i wont recommend samcat
