samcat events - sameer caterers disaster

sameer from samcat events did my cousins wedding in november 2018 at DLI hall. it was a disaster. the guest firstly complained about limited seating which was 25 short. the food was terrible, rice was hard and only cabbage. the kids at the function was fussing as they couldnt eat it. when i went to the kitchen to check up as i didnt want to disturb my cousin while on stage, i was shocked to see the staff using their bare hands to mix the salad and juice. this was totally unhygienic. when i asked them what was happening they said they always do this

the manager was at the function and i asked to speak to sameer but she said he was at another function.

one of the tiffany chairs was unstable and one guest fell down with her sari .

the draping was torn and some plates was chipped

we got caught, only after the wedding while asking around it happened to a few other couples as well

we do not want a refund but this is to make others know what is happening
