Samsonite Poor Quality Suitcase

I am very disappointed with Samsonite as a product. We bought 3 brand new suitcases from Luggage World Willowbridge, Cape Town, South Africa. Date September 2023, i.e brand new latest design models. We are on our 4th day of holiday and my suitcase lock just did not work with no way of opening the suitcase but ton use force. Even after I had it open the lock was still problematic. And yes the code combination was spot on. After trying for a while pulling on the lever to see if it will give it eventually just broke. What an absolute joke! I am now left to go and buy another suitcase. We have too little time to try and have it fixed in a foreign country. There is simply no point to try and travel with a case that cannot lock. Samsonite you are supposed to offer a premium product. What an absolute disappointment. Poor quality.
