Bad Services at Samuels Services Atlantis

I left my vehicle for a service at the Samuels Services Atlantis Branch. When I collected my vehicle I discovered a fix item missing from my vehicle. When I enquire about the missing item the manager Yaseem said they are not responsible for loss when the vehicle is under their care. Furthermore even if one of their employees drive your vehicle and make an accident. The risk still lies with the owner.

I will have to absorbed the cost of the loss.
