For 16 months Samuel's service centre in Atlantis had my car., while I had to pay Absa vehicle finance for the monthly payments and I paid Samuel's. Absolutely bad service. They closed down and left my unfixed car outside in their parking area. I have to pay Audi now to fix my car.

Excellent customer service received from Samuels Service Centre - Stamford Hill. Efficient, friendly and accommodating team. Thank you Brandyn! We need more service centres with a team like yours.

Booked my car on time. Brought my car on time. They ordered the wrong parts & did not do the whole job that I had requested. Had to wait beyond operating hours for them to finish. Not going there again.

Great people but unfortunately a poor service received. My vehicle came back with more faults then it went in with. They needed to replace a master and slave clutch cylinder on a Opel Corsa utility, a very basic vehicle. This ended up costing me nearly R10k!!. I have now got a vehicle with engine warnings lights on, can't get second gear, bad clutch, I've taken the vehicle back for fixing to have excuses and essentially telling me that "that's how it was" attitude which definitely was not the case. Oh I I had to re install my windscreen wipers and motor. This was something I took off as I thought I would try the fix myself, You would think they would put that back for me (go the extra mile for a happy customer). Not the case, they even lost the *****s and bolts to secure this and again an excuse saying there weren't any. So disappointing :( Burnt.com.

Samuels Amanzimtoti - So took my Corsa bakkie in as the gears sounded odd. After a couple of days - absolutely no communication we eventually settled on a recon gear box. Since getting the bakkie back there were issues - not going into first or reverse, or jumping out of the 2 gears. Took it back in and now battling between 3rd and 5th. They are making every excuse in the book - first phone call they said it must be the linkages and will cost another 3.5k. Second phone call they said it must be the gear shift. Sick of these lame excuses and shots in the dark. Fix it right the first time.

I took my Nissan Xtrail to Samuel's June 2021.... got my car back july 2021. Was still leaking oil. They said it was unrelated to their repairs. Spent R26 754.75. Also sent my Mitsubishi colt in for repairs. That cost over R50 k car was never repaired properly. Lots of big talk and no action. Sent my Np 200 in for a service. Same thing. These people at Sameuls are not true mechanics as far as I'm concerned....big talk....but actually no nothing. We spent over R100k there and our cars are the same

I left my vehicle for a service at the Samuels Services Atlantis Branch. When I collected my vehicle I discovered a fix item missing from my vehicle. When I enquire about the missing item the manager Yaseem said they are not responsible for loss when the vehicle is under their care. Furthermore even if one of their employees drive your vehicle and make an accident. The risk still lies with the owner. I will have to absorbed the cost of the loss. Edgar 0714457320

These people lack customer relation skills at its worst. We have used them for a few services. They overcharge. They don't call you back until you call them. Irresponsible sales man Edwin. The workshop manager is rude to the core. They do not value their clients. Samuels Service Centre Stamford Hill.
