Shambolic - not worth the effort.
Shambles of a company. They had my project for a month to be told that a component, which doesn't exist was not operational and so in their view the R30k projector did not warrant fixing. Their online system loses your equipment so there is no data/ nothing to track. It spent a month with them. You can't speak to a technician either. What a miserable effort and poor experience received. Never again!

Out of pocket and disappointed
Great people but unfortunately a poor service received. My vehicle came back with more faults then it went in with. They needed to replace a master and slave clutch cylinder on a Opel Corsa utility, a very basic vehicle. This ended up costing me nearly R10k!!. I have now got a vehicle with engine warnings lights on, can't get second gear, bad clutch, I've taken the vehicle back for fixing to have excuses and essentially telling me that "that's how it was" attitude which definitely was not the case. Oh I I had to re install my windscreen wipers and motor. This was something I took off as I thought I would try the fix myself, You would think they would put that back for me (go the extra mile for a happy customer). Not the case, they even lost the *****s and bolts to secure this and again an excuse saying there weren't any. So disappointing :( Burnt.com.

Shocking work and customer service.
What a terrible experience. Several months later and I'm still waiting for my exhaust to be repaired after an accident. No communications from them, They hope that you loose interest and walk away. They are recommended panel beaters for King Price. Another company to avoid.

Stay away from King Price.
Had the most horrific experience with a claim, 4 months later and my vehicle is still not fixed. Still waiting on a replacement exhaust. They hiked my monthly premium almost immediately. Be aware! They also use companies to do the repair work that aren't properly vetted and are happy to leave you with shoddy workmanship further devaluing your vehicle. Do yourself a favor and stay away from KP.

I spoke with Dieago Popple from King Price who was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He answered all my questions fully and was super polite, friendly and helpful. I recommend him highly and as such am happy to be with King Price for my insurance needs.
