Exceptional Service!
Excellent customer service received from Samuels Service Centre - Stamford Hill. Efficient, friendly and accommodating team. Thank you Brandyn! We need more service centres with a team like yours.

Mr D & McDonalds - an absolute joke!!!
I wish there was an option for no stars for the pathetic service I just received from Mr D. Ordered a share box meal and two extra burgers of which came to a total of R323 from McDonalds. The driver only delivered the two extra burgers and cooldrinks yet still took the cash away. Didn’t think it was necessary to say he will lodge the complaint and possibly come back to deliver. What about Mr Donald’s though - could they not even think when the order was put together that the main order was missing yet expected the driver to come back with the full amount owing? Daylight robbery I tell you!!! I called the call Centre helpline of which the guy did not even bother giving me his details. Eventually got through to a lady after and she said another 30min wait. So after making the order at 18h30 this evening I’ve waited almost two hours for a meal! What bull****!!! I will never use this app again it’s damn useless!
