This insurer will give you the run around when when you need them the most. They will not process your claim. You not covered in anyway. Do consider another more reputable insurance company

Booked my car on time. Brought my car on time. They ordered the wrong parts & did not do the whole job that I had requested. Had to wait beyond operating hours for them to finish. Not going there again.
Internet reception is no longer existend in my area. Called & emailed & went to their stores to cancel contract because it's utterly useless to me but still getting debited
Rubbish service. It's been more than a month & half from the 1st call. They Managed to the fibre but never delivered the modem nor followed up on the activation. Calling to get customer support is useless, they've promised multiple time to come in & solve this issue but they never do...I'd advice you look for another more astablished business to get your fibre from
I had a 24month contract for R236. Vodacom called & offered a Upgrade to R149. The contract was extended for another 24months but the price remained the same. I enquired, they offered to reverse now in serviced with an invoice of R435.53. How ? Why ?
