I am extremely disappointed with the level of service from SAMWUMED National Medical Scheme. Every attempt to reach out for assistance has been frustrating, with constant back-and-forth and no resolution. My emails have been ignored, and it is nearly impossible to get help via telephone. The scheme has owed me a refund of R550 since July 2024. Despite their promise to reimburse me in August, no payment was made. They later requested my banking details and assured me that the refund would be processed in November, yet to this day, I have still not received the payment, nor have I received any explanation or update.
