Bad experience
I had a very disappointing experience regarding dental care. I find that we are constantly referred to deal with your partners instead of being assisted directly by the medical aid. As members, we pay SAMWUMED, not third-party partners. It should not be our responsibility to contact multiple external providers when our medical aid should be able to assist us directly. This process creates unnecessary frustration and makes it difficult for clients to access the services they are paying for.

Bad experience

What started off as an extremely frustrating and rocky experience was completely turned around by her professionalism, efficiency, and genuine willingness to assist. In contrast to the challenges I experienced through the call centre, Ronell truly stands out as one of your greatest assets. Her dedication, competence, and proactive support made all the difference. If it had not been for her stepping in and resolving the matter, the stress and frustration could have had serious consequences for my health. NONE RESPONSE AND NOCHALANT FROM SAMWU MED
i wrote a review i was in connect with one of their workers that come to our Municipality for a presentation till date nothing has been done, i have put down my contact number and still nothing, yet I'm drowning as I'm paying off medical bills with no assistances *** i would like feedback or if not ill be taking this further.
