I had a very disappointing experience regarding dental care. I find that we are constantly referred to deal with your partners instead of being assisted directly by the medical aid. As members, we pay SAMWUMED, not third-party partners. It should not be our responsibility to contact multiple external providers when our medical aid should be able to assist us directly. This process creates unnecessary frustration and makes it difficult for clients to access the services they are paying for.
I have been with them for almost four years and I have nothing but best of service with their LTE network and now I'll be using their Vuma fibre and I know I'll be happy with their good services.
