I placed an order the morning. Had payment issues. Delivery arrived couple hours later. Amazing service
Staff member went toe ccma and won case. A year later they still have nog paid. Bê very weary of them. They are dodging calls and refuse toe send an electronic version of a document they want the former employee to sign but want him too come into the office. When he asked for e l electronic version, all calls and communication stopped or ignored. Does a reputable company do this.
I have had excellent customer service from Melanie from online sales . She is informative and calls you with regular updates. Everything vodacom is not. Thank you Melanie for your excellent service.
I am still waiting for my formal email confirming cancelation of my contract request. I just received and sms to say, Dear Vodacom Customer. Your service ticket with reference number EC-1U55-3VRC77 has been closed. Thank you Vodacom. What does this mean!? Vodacom does not even have the decency to send a formal email of apology or a confirmation of my cancelation request. Appalling customer service.
So. Just a quick update of last review. So since the last update on Wednesday, received a message to say phone delayed after all that back and forth . Received message to call customer care and again referred to afters sales. Oh guess what my number was blocked by after sales, when I called customer care again, guess what blocked again . Manager of that customer service said she would get my number unblocked. Second Manager called due to complaint and said they getting stock Friday and hopefully I'll get it Friday or Monday. Manager still asked if I checked to see if my number was unblocked as if I would as I was livid at this point the audacity. Needless to say, still no phone and no courtesy call back. Oh I forgot to mention call was blocked due to excessive calling. I advised her of course my number would be there alot as I was given different numbers to call due to *********** staff that did not want to bother to assist. So yes. Very unhappy customer
Purchased products that indicated third party and available on 2nd Nov, despite calling being reassured ill get it on such and such a dare, splitting order and ending up canceling half the order, I still haven't received the order. They even called warehouse. Today I complained again and was given a R100 voucher. Wow. This is less than the cost of the calls I've made to the establishment. Dnt get me wrong, staff are nice, but I still dnt have my order from the 2nd and it's now the 13th.
Decided to purchase a contract online on the 7th. Process was very quick, until it wasn't. Wow, what a MISSION. Agent call me and I requested to keep my original number. Firstly device color was incorrect. Then I was unable to complete the Debi check even though I was sent the debi check mandate... Called vodacom as per number provided and was transfered and given different numbers to call. Called so many times but was always given different number. Eventually someone calls me, then tells me they nw have to do another application and cancel the other... Finally today I managed to get the info sorted for the contract, and guess what, suddenly I get a message to say the device I ordered is out of stock. Wow. It's almost a week later and now still no phone. Then I get asked to call the customer care line should I want another device. No way. I'm not impressed with service and I didn't even start the contract. You call me to tell me cause there was stock when you completed my order!
Absa has a free wills concept but it turns out it's not free. You have to pay them high commission once your loved one has passed on. Please read terms and conditions. Reason for my review is that Absa as executors are useless. You have to submit all the paperwork firstly and they then just submit to masters on your behalf. My gripe is that after the estate was finalized, we then get outstanding bills that was missed Example, our estate for my late father was finalsed and we now received a bill for tv license. Please bare in mind the bill in question is dated 4 days after my dad passed with accumalated monthly interest. I queried why this bill was received when it was part of the estates check list they send us, and the answer was that it is now in the surving spouses name. Technically this tv license should have been paid from the estate monies they charged, but because they missed it, they now expecting a sassa pensioner to pat more than R700 for accumated interest. I requested from management to waive the bill as they missed the payment through no fault of ours, but they refused. They should be liable to pay that accrued interest and my mom, the sassa pensioner should only be liable for the new bill that is due for the new year. I'm really disgusted with their service and how they exploit old people.
Quick and efficient service. Issue resolved the same day of complaint. Very happy about that.
