Poor response from owner

I have had my nails done a few times recently and noticed that the technicians were often stressed for time. My skin was cut and bled, and the nail came off a few days later, minimal manicure because the gel took longer to put on. When I suggested to the owner to reconsider the timing allocation she shouted at me in front of other customers (when I had come in for my birthday treatment) resulting in tears! No apology forthcoming. Just excuses about “industry standards”. Unfortunately I cannot go back in spite of the efforts of the techs.
