Good day. I will start with that ive tried every place and nr possible for assistance.. or there are no answer or my emails dont get replied on or nobody want to assist. My husband died in Jan '20. In march his file were sent to Bank of Lisbon. From there they have sent it to gepf. In may i have received a sms from the gepf that 1 form were missing frim the file and that it has been sent back to the HR. They attached the file and send it back in a mattet of 2 days. Now in july ive received a sms again from the gepf that one form werent mark by them and they send it back again. Now its been 3 weeks and they didnt do anything. The file is still there by The HR somewhere and nobody is doing nothing. My husband were the breadwinner. And me and my kids are sitting wothout money because of your mistakes. Everytime when there are fault on the forms and been send back another 60days i have to wait. I must sell my husband car now and some household stuff to servive. I dint have anywhere to go and still staying in the military house. I cant pay the bills etc all because of your mistakes. Nobody is looking after us because of your mistakes. So please tell me how am i suppose to servive and support my 2 kids? You should know cause you are the people that has put me in this situation cause of your mistakes.
