Caused my dayghters death
Clucks heudelberg mall I'm the mom of the girl that has shoplift at your clicks branch at heidelberg mall on the 20/09/2024 Me and my daughter went to clicks on the date. She picked some makeup that she wanted and so did I. She took some mayneline products and after a while I've seen that she didn't have it anymore. I've asked her where it is and she said she has put it on a shelf. I've asked her to show me and I took it to the lady working at the makeup section and gave it to her. I didn't know she has taken other stuff. When I've got to the payment point one lady came and asked her where is the other products that she had. She told the lady she has put it on a shelf. She went with the lady to show her but with no revail. I've decided to look in the plastic bags in my trolly and seen there is 1 product didn't see the rest. As it happend she has put 3 products there. They've called the security and took us both to the back. The one security lady took the trolly and keep on bumping us from. The back to keep on moving. Got to the back and and they've starting shouting etc and her and Also told me from the manager that she has seen ME her mom a previous time changing prices on the promotion products. I've asked her why didn't she confront me she said that she was waiting for the right time. Blaming me that I was steeling etc. The security put handcuffs on her so tight that her arms is blue. She shoved her around and even using my daughters body to open doors. They were speaking in their language and I politely asked to speak in English so that we can understand aswell. My daughter apologized for what she has done and I even offered to pay for the products but they didn't want to listen to either of us. Even when the police came they were loving etc further humiliated my daughter she was trying to tell them why she has done it but they didn't want to listen to a word. If I wanted to say something they threatened me that they will arrest me 2 for interference. She told me the reason was that she wanted to have the products and she knew that I don't have the money. For me as a mom I also feel bad cause I couldn't buy everything my kids want. She was taken to the police station and let out on bail. This morning I've found her dead in her bed. 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 She has committed suicide. 😭😭😭😭😭😭 Now all I want to say I hope all of them are happy she do have a baby 4 months but I thing all the humiliation and the one lady that has helped us yesterday at clicks even said that the police officer must walk up and down in the mall with my daughter and that he must make the most out of it. Even called her a piece of ****. My heart is broken and this I will take further I know what she has done is wrong but to be so humiliated like that was so wrong. Hope you all are happy now.

Stole my money out off my acc
Good day. I got 3 months paymemt holiday cause i was booked of by the doctor till Jul '24. I onlybstarted to work on the 2nd of July as stated by the doctor. Ive spoken to one of the consultans that have phoned me on the 4th of july that i will make payment on the 8th and the the outstanding amount on the 15th of july. He has made a note and ot was prosessed. Now at 19h30 on the 4th after making arrangement they deducted the whole amount and left me with no money. I didnt agree on it and didnt gave permission cause there has bren an arrangrmemt. Now my power is going to be turned off t9morrow. I dont have a sent on my name to feed my kids and cant complete my orders for income. How can you guys after making an arrangement debited all the money out of my acc without asking my permission or let me know. I want you tonreverse the whole amount and let us stick to the arrangement i have made. Thanks MR basson

Bad service
Good morning. Because im sitting without interner connection fr9m saterday morning at 6h00 i wount be able to pay my bill tomorrow. I couldnt do my work to get payed today. Ive called ALOT of times and till now nothing has been done. 1 person is saying that and another is saying that. Why did you give vumatell permission to delete my line cause they cant delete it without permission from vodacom . But i must pay my bill. My rev nr Vodacom: SR221112-515667 NoReply(2-S1JT3CD). Lets see what happens and if you are going to ignore it aswell. Its long pass 48 hours and still nothing

Line just cut for no reason
From yesterday morning our internet connection is off. Ive called in to vodacom and they told me that my line was cut from the sistym at vumatel for nonreason at all. Today 13/11/22 its my second day without internet im not behind on my bill etc. I can work now and now i want to kniw how am i suppose to pay the bill if i cant work. If you guys going to deduct the money on the 15th im going to do a refund cause you are breaking the law for taking money from people and not supplying what i must pay for. Its fraud

Teljoy bad bad
Bad bad bad. Will never ever recommend that anybody buy anything from them. Ive bought a few appliances on rental. Last year nov they forgot to do a re instatement of the debit order. Didnt notify me if anything beginning of jan i started getting mails and messages that im in arrears. Portia called me feom collections and told me how sorry sge is for not doing it and didnt notify me. Got the proof of the conversatiosn aswell. From there no one want to assist me. Dont call me back etc not replying on my mails etc . My one appliance contract did expired the 01/01/2022. Last year ive sent a mail to let them know im taking ownership of it. Ive even talked to acc and Portia. But still they deducting the money from it. They dont want to talk to me or reply on my emails etc. Now they just keep on deducting. If i stop the debit order they will threaten me by taking back my applainces It has already been handed over to collections. So what must i do???

Dont pay back my money
Ive purchase a bosh fridge thru teljoy after a while it just stop working. Ive contacted them cause the fridge is still under warrantee. After 2 weeks a technician from biss came out and fixed the fridge but then i had to pay him on the spot. Not sure why. Ive brought it under teljoys attention and they told me they will refund me with in 7days cause of the reason that the fridge is still under warrantee. Ive sent the invoice everything thru. Kate or katie were the one assiting me regarding the repayment. Till now ive not reseived anything. And when i sent emails thru to Katie or kate it get ignored. So please just pay me back my money you owe me asap cause i dont have money and still you are taking everything that belong to you but i must wait.

Vodacom fibre
From the first day when i have taken out the fibre at home i dont get my speed. Ive taken out the package deal 20mb upload and 20mb download. I dont even get close. Ive semt alot of screenshots regarding our speed. But nothing jas been done. Ive spend alot of airtime still nothing. 1 email after the other. I do get SR codes but 2 or 3 days after receiving it i did received it back again stating that it has been closed and status resolved. Ive tried to cansel it aswell but they dont respond or are just ignoring me. It has beem over a month now and still nothing if i asked again they just saying i must be patient. For how long. Its been over a month. I realy hope that someone herr can assit me to tell me wgat my next steps are. Thanks.

Good day. I will start with that ive tried every place and nr possible for assistance.. or there are no answer or my emails dont get replied on or nobody want to assist. My husband died in Jan '20. In march his file were sent to Bank of Lisbon. From there they have sent it to gepf. In may i have received a sms from the gepf that 1 form were missing frim the file and that it has been sent back to the HR. They attached the file and send it back in a mattet of 2 days. Now in july ive received a sms again from the gepf that one form werent mark by them and they send it back again. Now its been 3 weeks and they didnt do anything. The file is still there by The HR somewhere and nobody is doing nothing. My husband were the breadwinner. And me and my kids are sitting wothout money because of your mistakes. Everytime when there are fault on the forms and been send back another 60days i have to wait. I must sell my husband car now and some household stuff to servive. I dint have anywhere to go and still staying in the military house. I cant pay the bills etc all because of your mistakes. Nobody is looking after us because of your mistakes. So please tell me how am i suppose to servive and support my 2 kids? You should know cause you are the people that has put me in this situation cause of your mistakes.
