BAD SERVICE AT CLINIC!!!!
I can not believe that after so many bad reviews there is still not service being delivered. Sandown Clinic is the worst place to go to. The service is disgusting the ladies at the reception are rude and very disrespectful. I greeted one of the ladies and as I was about to ask for assistance she looked at me and walked away. There is no sense of urgency in this place. They don’t care. The is only one lady who assist with taking blood who is very kind and caring. The rest is just nonsense😡😡

I can not believe that after so many bad reviews there is still not service being delivered. Sandown Clinic is the worst place to go to. The service is disgusting the ladies at the reception are rude and very disrespectful. I greeted one of the ladies and as I was about to ask for assistance she looked at me and walked away. There is no sense of urgency in this place. They don’t care. The is only one lady who assist with taking blood who is very kind and caring. The rest is just nonsense😡😡

Bad service for family planning
Poor service when it comes to HIV testing, I always come at this clinic for family planning because its convenient but arriving here at 07:30 and leaving at 09:45 is not on, they don't even care about patients. They always have unnecessary long ques

Bad service
The front desk is not professional at all. While we standing by the desk to fill up forms she disappeared for morethan 1 hour ,security told us to humble ourselves and grab chairs to wait for her. She came back after a very long time chewing a gum and unbothered 😡, telling us to stand up and queue

Bad service
The worst clinic ever, they don't have any sense of urgency, they don't respect peoples privacy and long waiting queues. you find 5 people sitting on the reception desk gossiping and all they care about is 15:00pm knock off time. They clinic staff is very rude and they lack sympathy for patients

Bad service
The worst clinic ever, they don't have any sense of urgency, they don't respect peoples privacy and long waiting queues. you find 5 people sitting on the reception desk gossiping and all they care about is 15:00pm knock off time. They clinic staff is very rude and they lack sympathy for patients

SANDOWN CLINIC ( FORCING EVERY PATIENT TO BE TESTED FOR HIV)
what a terrible disturbing service I had today. I just innocently went for family planning (injection) okay they did the urine and pregnancy test,,,cool, the asked me to join a long queue to room7 , I realized that everyone with different matters young and old, male and female are queuing to room 7 , so I waited the for 45 minutes, some coming out from that room teary and depressed eventually it was my turn to go in, some lady asked me to sign a consent form, I went through it before signing to find that I'm going to get HIV Tested, well I refused to sign and get tested as it is my legal right, she told me its the clinic rule that everyone that steps in needs to be tested for HIV so I felt that its super wrong to be putted under that kind of pressure so that lady wrote a note that I'm refusing to be tested for HIV and asked me to the other consulting room which was full on 4 lady with such sticking attitude and terrible remarks in Venda (which I don't understand) I manage to take one lady's name Vhutshilo as she was the only one with the name tag, they asked me not to come closer and not seat on their chair and refused to help me,. so I was turned back as they were insisting that they cant help me or anyone without being check for HIV.

Should be named "Pathetic Clinic"
In November of 2021 my wife took my son to the clinic for a consultation. She presented our Discovery medical aid card and was told that she only needed to pay the admin fee and that Discovery will pay the balance. I went there twice in the same month and I was only asked to pay the admin fee. To our surprise we received a message this month (seven months later) from a collections agency demanding the full amount,. Not even the admin fees that were paid is reflecting up on their statement. Yesterday I went to the clinic to sort this out. When I got to the reception with three ladies sitting next to one another behind the desk and I raised my concern, I was asked by one of them " met wie van ons praat jy nou einlik?" while the other two started laughing. Pathetic attitude if you ask me. Why did they tell my wife that we were covered by our Discovery plan if they knew that they weren't even on Discoveries network list? Why send a collections agency after us if there was no correspondence for seven months? Because of their incompetence's I need to waste my valuable time to sort this out. Who do I bill for my time? I can see the word is out on Hello Peter and I cant imagine them making a success of this clinic. Shame on them for for making jokes and laughing at peoples medical condition. Un/FN/believable

Mistreated and chased out
The front desk is highly unprofessional, clearly they have gone way too far with their behavior and got away with everything. I'm not going to allow it. We go there for help not for them to walk all over us like we are nothing. They signed up for hello people not mistreating patients. I am very angry, I went there today and the front desk Ladies made a joke and shamed me over my health condition. How painful is that. I walked out of the place with tears and they couldn't even care less. Imagine all this happening in the front desk what more are we yet to see if we had to be in their consultation rooms. If no one is doing something about this clinic I will not rest. Where else are we supposed to seek help if we are being treated like trash in the clinic

Don't worst your time by going to sandown clinic
My daughter wasn't feeling well l took her to sandown clinic when l got to the consultation room there was one person inside the room after the lady came out the stupid doctor told me she was going to lunch even though she saw that my daughter was in pain as she was crying couldn't even stand properly
