Terrible experience

My experience dealing with Chad and Sandra regarding a rental property in Bogoria, Paulshof, has been nothing short of appalling. Once the agreement was signed, Chad vanished and became completely unreachable. Despite written promises to address issues, it has now been 1 month and 18 days, and nothing has been resolved.

The property is riddled with problems, including leaking, worn-out shower taps, a broken extractor fan, faulty electrical outlets, burnt-out light fittings, terrible locks, and more. When I brought these issues to Sandra's attention, her response was both shocking and dismissive—she suggested that if I was so unhappy, I should fix everything myself at my own expense! This level of unprofessionalism and rudeness is the worst I’ve ever experienced with an estate agency.

To make matters worse, the landlord has been deliberately stalling and employing every possible tactic to avoid making the necessary repairs. This entire ordeal has been an absolute nightmare, and I would strongly caution anyone against renting through this agency.
