Sandra from Sandra Solomon properties is the worst excuse for a property consultant I have ever met. From amending lease agreements, to trying to throw tenants out of their lease due to the property being sold, to *****ing your deposit and refusing to pay it back. They claim the deposit is with the owner, this is actually written in pen on the lease, and that they do not keep it. When asking for it back, they claim they have 14 days. When asking again in 1 4 days, they ignore you or get a junior consultant to reply that they will contact the owner. Then when I tell them that I have contacted the rental tribunal, she wants to respond with: I will wait for the communication from the rental housing tribunal. They ignore numerous requests to send the owners details so you can contact them directly to get your deposit back. She is dishonest, rude and have zero client relations training. I want my deposit back in full by Friday the 28th of February as I will put a complaint on every platform possible, lodge a complaint with the housing tribunal and ensure no other person is ever ****med by her ever again. It now makes sense why she has a 1 star rating all over the different platforms.

My experience dealing with Chad and Sandra regarding a rental property in Bogoria, Paulshof, has been nothing short of appalling. Once the agreement was signed, Chad vanished and became completely unreachable. Despite written promises to address issues, it has now been 1 month and 18 days, and nothing has been resolved. The property is riddled with problems, including leaking, worn-out shower taps, a broken extractor fan, faulty electrical outlets, burnt-out light fittings, terrible locks, and more. When I brought these issues to Sandra's attention, her response was both shocking and dismissive—she suggested that if I was so unhappy, I should fix everything myself at my own expense! This level of unprofessionalism and rudeness is the worst I’ve ever experienced with an estate agency. To make matters worse, the landlord has been deliberately stalling and employing every possible tactic to avoid making the necessary repairs. This entire ordeal has been an absolute nightmare, and I would strongly caution anyone against renting through this agency.

We have been renting a unit for two years. Over the last two years, it has always been a mission to have any repairs made. Currently our back door has completely disintegrated and yet we have no recieved no response or assistance on the matter. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Very unprofessional and rude when you have to move out , they don’t refund deposits and answer u harshly when you ask for it , how can cleaning and removing tv bracket be worth R8700? *****sters

Unfortunately we have been dealt the unfair treatment from this company with their conduct. They are disrespectful and forget that you are the client. They treat you well, until you sign the contract and then leave you hanging dry, with no response to messages or calls, and refuse to deal with the issues in the complex. Everything is on their time and their way. They have the audacity to inform us that we may not take to social media. The reality is, if your service is pathetic and you treat your clients like this after signing a contract, the truth needs to be told. Why should future clients of our complex suffer this ty of misconduct and behavior. Avoid them at all cost.

I have noted that 'Sandra Solomon Properties' have very negative reviews on this site. I have been renting a property managed by the rental agency for a year and a half and we are in the process of relocating, concluding our business relationship. I have however received nothing but five star service from Sandra and her team. I deal mostly with a gentleman named Chad Williams and I can with a clear conscience state that they are professional and go beyond expectation to keep both the tenants and property owners satisfied. We certainly required their assistance in having things around the house fixed, including major work required in replacing the shower floor and also replacing the oven and stove, and they made sure the work got done and the owner paid... I found them honest and fair in the process. Their administration is well managed and I will gladly do business with them as either a lessor or lessee in the future again. I don't discount previous experiences, but perhaps the change of agents and a fresh approach in their company is worth noting on here.
