Sandra from Sandra Solomon properties is the worst excuse for a property consultant I have ever met. From amending lease agreements, to trying to throw tenants out of their lease due to the property being sold, to *****ing your deposit and refusing to pay it back. They claim the deposit is with the owner, this is actually written in pen on the lease, and that they do not keep it. When asking for it back, they claim they have 14 days. When asking again in 1 4 days, they ignore you or get a junior consultant to reply that they will contact the owner. Then when I tell them that I have contacted the rental tribunal, she wants to respond with: I will wait for the communication from the rental housing tribunal. They ignore numerous requests to send the owners details so you can contact them directly to get your deposit back. She is dishonest, rude and have zero client relations training. I want my deposit back in full by Friday the 28th of February as I will put a complaint on every platform possible, lodge a complaint with the housing tribunal and ensure no other person is ever ****med by her ever again. It now makes sense why she has a 1 star rating all over the different platforms.
After a very traumatic mugging of my Iphone, I went to MTN Mall of Africa, they blacklisted the phone and blocked the SIM. I then did a swim swop and was told it would be active later that night - 15 Feb - The following day still not active, I go to MTN Woodmead. They log queries at customer care. Till today - 17 Feb - Not active. I cannot access any of my apps as I need my number for the OTP'S. This entire situation was made more traumatic and shocking due to MTN not being able to activate my sim. The gentlemen from Woodmead actually tried for over an hour to assist but the engineers are unreachable? What kind of service is this towards a client that has been with MTN for over 10 years? I am shocked, disgusted and now even more traumatized.
Placed and paid for an order on Sunday the 11th of Feb. R839.85. To be delivered Valentine's day. First they send him a message on the 13th telling him a parcel will be delivered, so surprise spoiled. Then they deliver on the 14th someone else's about R200 order. After 3 phone calls, emails and promises to fix the order and deliver the correct order I have yet to get a response from them. Thanks to them they spoiled a new couple's first Valentine's day together. And the other couple's as well as we are sitting with their order. I heard so many stories to stay away from Netflorist but thought let me give them a chance. Absolutely shocking that they do not care about their customers but only about their money they make. Also, it takes 6 minutes to get through to them due to the high volume of calls being received, undoubtedly all complaints from clients. I want my full refund back as you still cannot deliver a simple order.
Hi Humphrey/Pieter I trust this mail finds you well. Please see attached costs I had to incur when trying to remove my spare wheel. The wheel nut on my spare wheel did not match the key that came with the car and opens the wheel nut on my tyres. This happened in peak traffic in Midrand on Friday the 11th of August at 15:30. Thankfully my friend was in the area and could come and assist me to get my car to their house with the flat wheel. I find this unprofessional from Ford. What if I had a flat on the road to Port Elizabeth or East London for work, which happens yearly? I would never have been able to remove my spare wheel. Sean from King of Threads was referred to me by Ford Midrand. I called him and he said he can assist, that he does a lot of work for your branch. He also confirmed that the key should fit both the wheels and the spare wheel and that a different nut was put on the spare tyre on the back. He sent someone out 3 hours later and he broke off the nut. See all pictures attached. I require a response from Ford By Monday the 28th on how you will rectify this issue and how you will reimburse me for the costs incurred. This is what happened to me with a second car bought from them. The first one was traded in after noise from the wheels that they could not fix in a year and 27 trips to the service center. They are ignoring clients and am not responding to me regarding my expenses incurred due to their sloppiness. I will continue posting these until I am reimbursed. They only care about you when you purchase a car, after that you are nothing to them.
After 10 years with MTN, and under debt review for 8 of those years, they suddenly decide I am not allowed to upgrade my phone even though I have never missed a single payment or paid even 1 dat late for 10 years. They made 240k out of me for 10 years and this is what they do to their clients? No thank you! I will cancel my contract September and will never ever make use of MTN again or recommend them to anyone!
Ordered at 9:02. No delivery, even though messages was sent that they will deliver a certain time twice yet still no delivery. Call Centre useless as Im told they cannot say whether it will actually come out today or not! This after waiting over 3 hours for a delivery from Checkers 5 min away from me! Disgusted!
Finally found an ISP that works and their accounts department is useless. Messages sent that account is in arrears and service will be suspended when its not. Then an email stating it was a mistake. One month later emails sent saying account is now 2 months in arrears when I have the proof it is paid up to date. Then another mail saying they will double debit. When I call numerous times, no one gets back to me. I just keep getting mails saying its in arrears and they will double debit WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION! Then after double debiting my account, an email saying its a mistake? And that they will refund me? After I already spent money on bank statements as well as reversed the double debit? No one gave you permission to double debit my account when I AM NOT IN ARREARS! Sort out your useless accounts department!
Still no refund after 6 weeks, no picking up of your stupid router. I want my money back and I want you to collect your router immediately. Never go with #PAIN. They are incompetent, have no idea what they are doing and there is no customer service, they steal your money very fast YET cannot deliver! I want my money back! I will review you on a daily basis until I get my money back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I decided to give Rain a chance, against my better judgement. No service from their customer service department, router still does not work after more than a week, keep getting told 48 hours yet no one gets back to you. They are incompetent! I want my money back that you took yet supplied no service for. Never use Rain, they are the worst of the worst!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Now I am told they will call me, escalate the matter, this has been going on for more than a week. Still no one is contacting me, no one is collecting their router and no one is reimbursing me! I will continue putting up my review daily, also on all other social media platforms until this get sorted! I want my money back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It was not easy to study and work fulltime and being a single mother. But the academy made it easy, always on hand if I have questions and they get back to you immediately. I would definitely recommend them.
