BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I booked a month ago at SANTON SKYE-HOTEL for my anniversary and just a day before to check in this lady with Nigerian accent cos she refused to give me her name When I called the hotel she said to me she can do that and that she is actually offering me good customer service by letting me know otherwise she could have left my booking hanging and marked it no show since I don’t wanna cancel it on my side

No remorse or accountability ,she says i must not be rude and calm down So I asked that I need my refund immediately so I can book something else since they cancelled my booking she said I will receive it in 2 wees

Please please think twice before booking at this HOTEL
