My employer lost a jersey in the rental car on Monday 22 December 2025. I phond on her behalf as she was travelling back home. After four days - numerous telephone calls and e-mailsv - telling me explicity that theu could not get hold of Cape Town office - and after following up on this matter - i received an e-mal seconds later that the item was not retrieved and i was forwarded an customer review e-mail. Diplorable to say the least!!!
