My employer lost a jersey in the rental car on Monday 22 December 2025. I phond on her behalf as she was travelling back home. After four days - numerous telephone calls and e-mailsv - telling me explicity that theu could not get hold of Cape Town office - and after following up on this matter - i received an e-mal seconds later that the item was not retrieved and i was forwarded an customer review e-mail. Diplorable to say the least!!!

<p>In logged a complaint with saKFCsurvey. Their team did phone me during hours which I was not available. I phone them on their customer care line, a week ago, to tell them the hours that Im available, no one bother to follow up. I visited KFC Gateway, waited fifteen minutes for my order (Savory Avo Twisters) and got two pieces of strips slapped on a tortilla with a bit of lettuce and a slice tomato and what looked like mayonaise, NOT TO MENTION THE ATTITUDE FROM ELIZABETH!!!</p>
