ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE

Don’t be fooled by the pictures on the Sanbonani Resort website. Not only is this resort old and tired looking (grounds are lovely thought) the staff - especially the reception are extremely rude and not helpful. The pool was full of algae and definitively not useable. Unfortunately I was soo upset and although we have paid for 7 nights we left after 3 (because we were not able to find suitable accommodation on such short notice) - I didn’t take photos. From broken toasters, dirty bedding, ( lumpy duvet), deep freezer door broken, air conditioners not functional, and the absolute worst - NO ELECTRICITY FOR 12 HOURS - not even a Wi-Fi reception! 2 candles are provided - but not even a candle holder!! So to summarize: if you are looking for a stressful, terrible stay go to Sanbonani Resort & Hotel
