Sanbonani 's terrible service

This review does not even deserve a star. My stay at this resort was nothing short of "terrible". The furniture is so so outdated and chipped, no mini bar fridge in the room, carpet had stains , bedding was dirty , was given a dirty cups. The main reception lady was so rude to me. When i asked at main reception to change my sheets i was asked "why" ( Dont hotel normally change sheets daily ??) at my shock. The only thing nice about the place has to be the pool.
