Unfortunately, we had a negative experience with this car rental company. After returning the vehicle, the security deposit has still not been refunded. The car was returned on December 14 at 11:53 AM at Port Elizabeth Airport, but as of now, there has been no update regarding the refund. We have tried multiple times to contact the company via email and WhatsApp, but we have not received any response. The complete lack of communication after the rental period is extremely disappointing. We expected a more responsible and transparent service, especially when it comes to refunding deposits. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this company due to poor customer support and unresolved refund issues.
