Assistance on alarm

Problems with car immobilizer and central locking on Hyundai Getz for many months and absolutely no support from Hyundai; I contacted Sanji via email re the problem. Within minutes received a reply and contact details of nearest vendor to assist with problem. Now all sorted at very reasonable cost.
