Telkom is a disgrace
Service is disgusting. 14 phone calls and the atitude is "you are worth nothing to us". Was told to make payment which was done on the Telkom app. Email was received with reference number confirming payment. Telkom then tell me to wait 72 hours for this to reflect on my account. This after a "manager" told me that service would be restored immediately after payment.

Southgate Branch service was above and beyond expectation.
Southgate branch with reception and service above and beyond expectation. Took microwave in for repairs with power issue and the service and repair was excellent.

Exceptional Service
Flight GE123 from JHB to Cape Town. Checked in at gate D4 and was seated in 4D. The boarding was smooth and the service from the crew was exceptional. Thami went out of his way to make the flight an absolute pleasure, Thank You

Service disgusting
Ordered the chicken livers for dinner. Was excellent. Was forced to go to front desk to order another bread roll. Waited 25 minutes for the roll with no updates on the slow delivery. Sent the leftovers back angry. Was then told by front desk that they had to wait for the roll to be warmed up. Why no one came to tell me I don't know. I was extremely angry. With 2 friends that live in Somerset and never been to Bossa, they will never come back

Disgusted with Clicks
Bought a bedside clock radio. 2 months down the line and the radio went dead. Assumed it may be the plug so changed this. Unfortunately still did not work. Took the unit to Clicks Comaro Crossing only to be told that the unit will not be changed. Was told to read the terms on the back of the slip. Could find no reference to "changing plug".

Shein has payment but cannot complete purchase
