Sanofi-Aventis South Africa (Pty) Ltd does not protect your Personal Information under the General Data Protection Regulation / GDPR (International Protection Law) in South Africa , although the company is established in France .

14 Dec 2021, 09:23I bought Sanofi shares during 2020 in which Data Protection is guaranteed under French Law and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Sanofi also sent a GDPR notice to all South African Employees on 29 May 2019, however Sanofi denies in an affidavit, during a Grievance hearing chaired by Labournet and in a CCMA meeting being subject to the GDPR. This is a criminal.
