Poor communication and waist of my money and time. I need my Refund!

My application was rejected but I received no feedback in time. I sent through an application to Study for a Bachelor's in Education (Foundation Phase). I have been making constant feedback to them while the application period was still open to them but they would not respond. When I finally got hold of them through their WhatsApp channel this is when they let me know that I was unsuccessful. I ask them why they didn't let me know in time so I can make alternative arrangements for a lesser qualification. They tell me I don't qualify for all their qualifications. I then ask them what is the requirement for their minimum qualification. After they've sent it to me I told them that I would qualify for at least a minimum. I requested my refund for poor communication and not assisting me so I would make alternatives in time. This has affected my whole plan for this year in getting my academics on track!
