SASBO Mislead, Misrepresented Messed up people's life

I have had a case with SASBO in 2018 for which I was misrepresented by Sarika who I am currently in communication with regarding an agreement she made with FNB as per her advise to voluntary resign. Only to be red flagged because she was siding with the bank. I don't know why I am redflagged but I resigned and now I am looking for these documents 1.Any written evidence from FNB on the outcome of the disciplinary hearing? 2.A copy your resignation letter from FNB. 3.A copy of FNB acknowledging receipt of your resignation letter.

She's telling me that my case was in 2017 they keep documents for 5 years of which my case was in 2018 and its still within the parameters of the law. She knew about my BIOMETRICS INNOVATION ATM as well of I disclosed to her and she did nothing and because of SASBO and Sarika I've lost everything and getting employment because of the misrepresentation and the false agreement she made.

Now I am looking for these documents that prove our agreement because the certificate of service I have with FNB says voluntary resigned and not dismissed so why am I registered at UIF as dismissed *** is this messing up my profile and future of employment for what???

SASBO is the worst union to represent people or fight for their careers its useless.

I want my name removed fron the redflagged FSP and my BIOMETRICS ATM INNOVATION to be taken seriously.
