I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a loaf of bread I recently purchased. Despite not yet reaching its stated expiry date, the bread has already developed mold, rendering it inedible.
The expiry date on the packaging is the 27th of March, yet today, the 26th, I discovered that the bread had already gone bad. This is both unacceptable and concerning, as it poses a potential health risk. Unfortunately, I had already consumed some of the bread before noticing the issue, which is extremely distressing. Moreover, this has resulted in a waste of my money, as I had no choice but to discard the remaining loaf.
I urge you to investigate this matter promptly, as selling spoiled food is a serious concern. I would appreciate a refund or replacement and would also like to know what measures will be taken to prevent similar incidents in the future.
