Good day I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a loaf of bread I recently purchased. Despite not yet reaching its stated expiry date, the bread has already developed mold, rendering it inedible. The expiry date on the packaging is the 27th of March, yet today, the 26th, I discovered that the bread had already gone bad. This is both unacceptable and concerning, as it poses a potential health risk. Unfortunately, I had already consumed some of the bread before noticing the issue, which is extremely distressing. Moreover, this has resulted in a waste of my money, as I had no choice but to discard the remaining loaf. I urge you to investigate this matter promptly, as selling spoiled food is a serious concern. I would appreciate a refund or replacement and would also like to know what measures will be taken to prevent similar incidents in the future. Please let me know how you intend to resolve this issue. Dear Martco Logistics Management, I am writing to formally complain about an incident involving one of your drivers on the N3 between Leondale and Spruitview this evening (23/07) at approximately 19:50pm. The driver, operating under vehicle registration plate NUR 88990, showed highly reckless behaviour which I believe warrants immediate attention and action from your company. The driver was driving at an excessively high speed in the slow lane, and to exacerbate the situation, they continuously flashed their headlights at vehicles traveling in the slow lane, including mine. This behaviour created a distressing and unsafe environment for myself and other drivers who had chosen to travel at a regulated speed in the designated lane. As a fellow professional driver, I strongly feel that such conduct not only violates basic traffic regulations but also poses a significant safety hazard to everyone on the road. It is unacceptable for any driver, regardless of the vehicle they operate to intimidate and harass others simply because they are traveling at a lawful speed in the appropriate lane. I trust that SmartCo Logistics takes matters of road safety and professionalism seriously. Therefore, I urge you to investigate this incident promptly and take appropriate disciplinary action against the driver in question. Instead of providing medical care or exploring viable treatment options, I was shocked to be told that your organization lacks any veterinary personnel and could only suggest euthanasia. This suggestion was made despite my dog being active and the lump being potentially treatable through surgical removal. It is disheartening to rely on an organization like yours due to the high costs associated with traditional veterinary care, only to be met with a recommendation to end my dog's life rather than providing the necessary medical attention she deserves. I believe strongly that organizations dedicated to animal welfare should prioritize the health and well-being of animals through comprehensive care options. I urge you to reconsider your approach and explore partnerships or alternatives that enable you to offer essential veterinary services or referrals for cases like mine. I’m highly disappointed in the customer service department of Starbucks. I’m a loyal customer of Starbucks and appreciate what they stand for but recently I’ve had a bad experience. I loaded funds on my app twice and the funds didn’t reflect on my account however went off my bank account. I contacted them in this regard and the lack of efficiency there is appalling. I constantly have to email them for them to get back to me. You’d honestly expect them to be more helpful but that’s not the case. The fact there the only way of communication is email is also frustrating because everyone is just hiding behind a screen and no one can give you an exact answer on the spot. I’m very disappointed.
Good day I’d like to report a driver’s unethical and unprofessional behavior. Yesterday (05/07/2018) I requested a Taxify ride where the driver started the trip yet did not even arrive to pick me up, I called him more than 3 times requesting that he cancels the ride so that I can request another ride of which he did not do. This cause an inconvenience for me as I could not cancel the unauthorized ride and I had to wait for approximately 20min for him to end the ride in order for me to access the app again.
