Bad Attitude from Office Staff

To start off with: People be careful when dealing with this Company. I hired an Office in the area. When I contacted them and told them that my office is moving to a bigger Premises I was attacked on line by a woman in their Office. " You will pay the full 2 yr contract" Now!!! This was her demand on the spot. She did not even wait to hear what my following instructions was going to be. I wanted to move their services to the new Office, "BUT" her attitude scared me off. I requested from them to send me the Invoice and their 2 Month Cancellation fee to be included. Now to my surprise, not even the end of the month yet. I received an E-Mail, NO OTHER COMMUNICATION from their lawyer's making demands for immediate payment. NOT A LETTER, an E-Mail. Yes, and I'm liable for the "letter" payment. This lawyer believes his email is a letter. There has not been any form of communication from these people to let me know of demands besides telephone calls. I have never refused payment but I do believe there is a system that should be followed. I have reported the matter to our authority and I was assured they will be looking into the matter. I do believe they are willfully stealing from their clients. This way of theirs is nothing but theft.
