Bad service and not trustworthy

Armed house robbery , we were held at gunpoint and assaulted. After the burglars left we responded with the panic button for 20 min long before Sasolburg alarms arrived but was too afraid to enter our home, our neighbour assisted us. When we phoned the owner he informed us that it was during shift change. We cancelled our contract and they removed their transmitter. Today I received a notice that I was handed over to attorneys. The owner was aware of our cancellation.
