Great quality goods and awesome customer service. Got a free pen with my 1st order... definitely recommend them for going out dresses.... beautiful designs with affordable prices especially on black Friday sales.

Don't waste your time
Bought from this site for black friday. Told me one item was unfortunately out of stock and thereafter suddenly I don't get ny other item either. Still waiting for my refund. Won't support them again. Poor customer service.

Bad customer service I ever had😡
I have bought a swimwear online on the 17 August 2021, which was advertised as available immediately. Sent a proof of payment but I haven't received my parcel up to today. When I enquire via Instagram, email and whatsup I get different answers and very rude responses... This was was my first time buying from them I do not recommend them to anyone 😡

Sassy chic and staff is amazing
I am so happy with the service and the amazing skincare products I received. The wonderful ladies I liased with on the telephone and via email were so friendly,kind and they ensured my order was just the way I wanted with all the items I requested. I really felt good because the service was 5 star as well as the parcel itself,from the packaging on the box to the skincare items and my beautiful silk masks. I am so happy and I recommend Sassy Chic. #WIN
