Bad customer service I ever had😡

I have bought a swimwear online on the 17 August 2021, which was advertised as available immediately. Sent a proof of payment but I haven't received my parcel up to today. When I enquire via Instagram, email and whatsup I get different answers and very rude responses... This was was my first time buying from them I do not recommend them to anyone 😡
