Staff does not care, at least the personnel on the call centre

Staff does not care, at least the personnel on the call centre.

A big hassle to withdraw. Request for information and follow up received with staff that does not care. I am asking for telephone recordings, but nothing received after a week.

Seems like the people working the call centre does not care and the personnel to sort out hick-ups are not schooled properly.
